I would say see a doctor, continued loss of appetite needs looking into.

Keep on the fluids. You do not want to get dehydrated as well. Even though it makes you feel sick drink lots of water, if you bring it up, ohwell, drink it back down it will help to grid rid of what is buggin you. Call your doctor and make an appointment. Do this right away as you most likely have to wait a few a days before you can get in anyways. if you get better by then call and cancel, if not you still have the appointment. But yes drink lots of water and eat broths, chicken, beef veggie to make sure that your body is getting the nutrients it needs to help you fight this off. Good luck and i hope you feel better soon.

Have you been stressed out or depressed at all? those two things can and will cause things like that to happen if thats the case try and relax and get things in your life back to normal or see a doctor if need be for some help. It could also be your galbladder maybe u have a gal stone? either way id go see a doctor to see what is causing this to happen just to be safe. And make sure to drink water you dont want to get dehydrated or anything.

Go see your Dr. or specialist right away.
Are you sexually active?
Do you have regular periods?
Is there any chance that you might be pregnant?
It is hard to tell by your name if you are male or female.
The problem could be anything, pregnancy, hormones ,stomach virus, or some gastrointestinal illness.
I am not a Dr. so guessing is not the best advice.
Dehydration is not good and can create a whole different set of problems.

Sounds like a stomach virus or food poisoning. But...
This can be caused by many things. Allergy to virus. Ulcer to parasite to tumor. I vote virus, but with no other symptoms, it could be several things.
If it persists see a doctor. If you pass black stool.. see a doctor. If you have gone a full 24 hours without fluids .. see a doctor. A virus should keep you off food and maybe having trouble with water for a maximum of 1-3 days.
I like to try the diagnosis.. but I am not a qualified to give you advise. Please see a doctor if you feel at all uneasy about your condition. Be neat if you could check back and tell us what it is.

Feeling sick meaning nausea?? If so, might you be pregnant?? Stomach bug?? nausea, vomiting, diarrhea??
Tried bananas, crackers, plain Pringles work really good for me. You need to sip fluids. Signs of dehydration would be headache across the forehead, dizziness especially with position changes like going from lying to sitting, sitting to standing, this is called orthostatic hypotension which is when your blood pressure drops and pulse rate rises. Dehydration symptoms are also little urine output, dark urine, dry mouth. Go to doctor, might need IV fluids for excessive nausea/diarrhea. Dr can Rx antinausea suppositories if needed

If you feel sick to your stomach, you don't want to drink much. If you don't drink, you'll get dehydrated. If you get dehydrated, you'll get sick to your stomach. Do you see the cycle?
Drink a little room temperature ginger ale. It will act quickly and handle that nausea. You'll get rehydrated and feeling better. I'm guessing you're female. You do need to consider pregnancy too. Is that a possibility?
