Well to be honest this looks like an advertisement for a website called payingguests.com. I don't really think there is anything wrong with that, but your question is a little tricky.
I went to the site and it is not very well trafficked. Have you tried asking questions in the India category? You might get better responses there. I couldn't really tell how the site worked either, so I can't give you much of a review. Good luck!
