They go BACK in October, but go forward (Spring forward!) on Sunday March 25th at 2 am.

They go BACK on the last Sunday in October. But they will be going FORWARD an hour on Sunday 25th March - so 1 am will become 2 am.

2 am on Sunday March 25th 2007. This is when they go forward an hour. In October they go back an hour.
