You want to create lean muscle since your body probably bulks up - low weights and lots of reps, also, if you can get into pilates or just stretching exercises, those should help you. Just be persistent and keep your goal in mind. Do some strength training. Work with weights that actually have some weight on them. Not those two pound weights girls usually use. Go into the man part of the gym. Its scary Believe me I know. But that is how you will tone up those arms and legs. Do squats. Do the squats with the bar on your shoulder also. Also do some inner and outer thigh exercises. Cardio will helps to take off weight.

If you cut down too much your body will go into 'conserve mode'
Plenty of exercise, DO NOT EAT BETWEEN MEALS,
always eat breakfast, then mid day, cut out the late night snacks.
Life is for living so have some treats.

Just remember this..no matter what you will be loved the way you are and you should learn to love yourself as you are.If you are really worried about your weight then what you have to do is start an exercise program of cardio four times a week at least one hour per session.Good luck.

lift weights, do cardio and lunges. i don't have fat arms or legs, but they can use toning and i'll be right there with ya!
watch your sugar intake as well and drink plenty of water.
