A guy in an organization me and my G/f are members liked her before i started talking to her but she told him nothing can ever happen between them. When we started talking, he tries to bad mouth me, now we are together he calls her constantly trying to talk to her and ask her out and professes his love. I try to ignore it when i see him.She repeatedly told him that he needs to stop, but i tell her she needs to push him away. We went out with a group of friends, and next day calls her that i was gave him dirty looks (lie).

SHould i get involved and speak to him to leave her alone or let my gal handle the situation.

try to let your girl figure it out first but when it gets out of hand you should probably fix it.

If she keeps telling him to stop, you need to get into the picture or notify higher authorities because that's harrasment and it needs to discontinue. I would get involved first before taking it into the polices' hands. Just tell him he needs to lay off or you guys WILL be notifying the cops.

well i think if it gets to the point that he is tellin her lies i think you need to step in and talk to him and lay it all out, that she is your's and he needs to get over her. if he still doesnt leave her alone, don't beat him up or anything just go to the cops and tell them what is going on and if they listen go from there then.

Good luck!!!

Check him, dude. He thinks you are a punk, otherwise he would not persist. Let him know she is not on it, and neither are you. He might think she is not telling you....thus sending him the wrong message.
Send him the right one.
