Yes many people have concluded Zeus, Odin, Jehovah and Allah do not exist and that they are ancient myths. I see no reason to prefer one superstitious myth over any other.

I'm a little confused.... maybe its just my very tired sleep fogged mind (the chinook wind kept me up till 3 am last night and I had to be at work at 7 am... uhhh thats a very powerful wind about the force of a hurricane, but not quite, that happens only in the prairies of southern alberta canada), but I don't understand what you're asking.

Are you asking why there are so many Atheists? Or are you asking why the church says to give 10% of your money (its called tithing to the church btw)? What exactly are you asking?

Satan has blinded the eyes of millions of people from the truth, We are to pay tithes as a means to support the church financial needs, If no one pay tithes, then your church just might be outside in a open field, because you won't have electric, water, ETC. Now these TV preachers that beg for money & fly these 10 million dollar airplanes, those are the ones I will back away from, My pastor before he died had been around this world 4 times preaching, And all was done by members paying their tithes, We do not even pass an offering plate around in our church, we have a little slot in the wall for people to put their tithes in. & my pastor did not own an airplane, nor a fancy car, Since his death at age 80 in 2004, the assistant pastor now is the pastor, & he is retired from Ford Motor Co. & are woking full time now helping the assistant pastor to remodel houses.

people think that god does not exist because they see through all the lies and fairy tales of the bible. people worship god out of fear of dying and going to hell and to get things- money, good children, faithful spouse, etc. if you can believe that jesus' mother was a virgin when he was conceived then you can and will believe anything. also when adam and eve were in the garden and consumed the forbidden fruit and were ashamed of their nakedness and hid from god, why did god have to ask where they were? isn't he an all knowing god? also in genesis it says that god walked through the garden. if god walked through the garden it means that he had legs so therefor he was a man. i used to wonder about the origins of people and god and in a moment of enlightenment it dawned on me that no one knows for sure, that the only way to know the truth would to have been there at creation and that wondering about god is a waste of time. a wiseman once told me: if you are looking for god, then look inside. if you are looking for the devil, then also look inside. also, as far as tithing goes, it's to support the church so that they can keep brainwashing the people. and no, you can't see air but it is there because it has a chemical composition
