I work for a grout and thinset manufacturer. The answer, to be safe, is at least 24 hours.

24 hours is recommended to allow the tile to set firmly. This is one area you don't want to compromise-avoid walking on newly set tile for 24 hours.

NORMALLY - depending on the grout size you need to wait at least 12 hrs... If the grout spacing is larger than 1/8 in. you may need to wait longer to cure ...
