I travel to China often, probably the most informative best site for getting your Chinese visa is z-visa.com www.z-visa.com

Its especially useful if you are travelling for Business, Work or Study Visas as those visa types can be complicated..

If you have all the proper paperwork or you're just traveling. Just go to the Chinese consulate in Wan Chai (Hong Kong). It will the cheapest and the fastest. But that's if you have already made it to asia. Otherwise, most places that sell plane tickets to China can arrange an agent to get the visa for you. All the travel agencies take there stuff there to be processed anyway.

everybody who isn't chinese desires a visa to bypass to China. in case you bypass out of China (including Hong kong, Macau, Taiwan that are type of in china) you want to get a sparkling visa. you also want to have a actual exam by a doctor to get that visa. some human beings responded with some stupid nonsense about what you want to deliver to China--China has a similar razors, condoms, etc, that something of the international has. maximum western products might want to correctly be present day in China (and that i'm in between the poorer, a lot less more suitable parts). also, i does no longer worry about getting any particular vaccinations to come back the following until eventually you'll a rural section. besides the undeniable fact that, your physician might want to probable advise a lot of of vaccinations because they fee plenty.

I travel there all the time and always get my Visa taken care of by a local travel agency. They will charge your about $60USD for a 1 entry (you can enter China once) or $90USD for 2 entries.

A local travel agency will allow you the convenience of picking it back up when you want.

You will need to bring a passport photo and your passport.

Where are you located?

It normally takes 7- 10 days, however you can pay extra fee to get express service (1 working day). If you plan to get single entry visa, then the visa fee is $50.

You need to provide the documents as below:
Documents to be included with application:
1. Your valid & actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity left before expiration and at least one blank page left in it.
2. One completed Visa Application Form (Q1) with one additional passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable).
3. An applicant born in China who applies for a Chinese visa with a new foreign passport is required to submit his /her Chinese passport or last foreign passport with a Chinese visa.
