I had that same issue when I got my eclipse last year. I went to www.radio-code.com and got it for cheaper. Its totally safe and pretty quick. Recently, I had a new radio installed and the radio code was written on top of the radio. So if you, or know anyone, that can remove the panel and pull out the radio, it might be posted on the radio. I also found out the code was written in the glove compartment at the top so you'd only see it if your head was level with the seat. Good luck!

If you get the serial number you can call the dealership and talk to parts, tell them you work for a well known company such as Best Buy or Circuit City and you unplugged the radio and need the access code. They can look it up by serial number of the radio.

I actually work and Circuit City in my town and never have a problem, they always seem nice and ready to help. Thank you guys!
