Does he have a web page? There might be contact details on that
Does the Manila congress have a web page? I bet it does, look on that. If you cant find it on there, find the e-mail address of one of his old colleagues and explain why you want the e-mail address and ask if they have it
Why do you want his e-mail address by the way? Just hoping its not because you are about to get scammed.
