Do most countries in the world use '00' for international calls? Is the US the only country which has a different format?

no, ATT has a real easy system set up, where you can make it much faster and more convenient to call other countries!! not 00...just regular codes....see list!

Most do use 00, but there are others like the US and Canada who use 011, and Australia uses 0011. There are other odd ball ones that are used. To see a list of all of them, surf here:
