There is no food or drink that will burn calories. Activity burns calories whether it's tapping your toes or going for a jog.
Tea can be a diuretic but it won't burn calories. If you leave the sugar out of your tea you may find you'll lose a bit of weight over time, all other things being equal.

Tea certainly doesn't help in losing weight or calories...but if you will increase the of tea up to 5-6 cups that is only going to increase the caffeine and decrease the calcium of the body.

no...tea doesnt burn calories. especially hot tea. tea has no caloric value and does not require energy to digest because it's essentially water.
if yur really on a drink-to-lose-weight kik, ive got a theory that drinking cold water will help. by drinking cold water, you decrease your internal body temperature, your body has to burn fuel to bring the temperature back up. this fuel can be from the food you eat to fat on your body, and thus u lose weight. maybe not a significant amount of weight, but if yur diehard abt it, go for it

It won't add to your calorie-intake - especially when you do away with milk and sugar.
It's 99.9999% hot water, and added to that the flavours of 2 grams of tea - you don't even consume the tea itself.
So there's not really enough of anything to actually burn calories, but the additional effects (walking to get your tea, relaxing, replacing suger-laden-soda with tea) are not bad for you.

No, i do no longer think of that's good. some human beings do have faith that green tea does boost your metabolism although, yet to 2 hundred energy seems slightly lots. What I do locate as quickly as I drink it, is that it decreases my urge for foodstuff, so i'm in all probability to consume much less.

I have heard from many sources that tea is a nice way to help you maintain a healthy wright, not necesarrily to lose it. But it surely doesn't hurt to have a cup or two a day. I know I do :)

Green tea may help to control your weight because it stimulates your metabolism. Tea alone will not help to lose weight. Pair it with healthy eating and execise, and you may start to see some results.

Though I've never tasted it, it really causes weight loss but don't add milk though, since it would block the healthy effects.
