You have crabs. There are a few ways to treat it. But, my suggestion would be to shave all the pubic hair, and clean all you bed clothes, and spray down your furniture with lysol.
Things like that cannot stand heat, so You could also try blowdrying your pubic area with heat, or treating it with some lice shampoo. I know that this isn't probably the "best" answer you'll get, so just wait for others to answer.

Summer is on the right track. This is called crabs so no sexual contact. Everything you come in contact with needs to be washed in hot water. Treat your self with lice shampoo. Directions on the bottle. It is easier to shave as the nits(eggs) are hard to see. Make sure you keep your bathroom disinfected as this is another area where it will spread amongst your family and friends. You came across someone with it or maybe you work in a factory that's bathroom is infected.

There is a shampoo you can buy at any drugstore, or even Wal Mart, that takes care of lice. Be sure to wash your bed sheets in the hottest water possible, and add bleach as well. You'll need to wash them like this every day until you no longer see any evidence of the little critters. (Don't forget about your towels and wash cloths)

Pour a little bit of very smooth sippin' whiskey on your groin, then sprinkle sand all over the affected area. The little buggers will get rip roarin' drunk and start throwing rocks at each other...problem solved.
