Go ahead and enjoy eggs again (as many as seven a week) without hurting your heart. The secret? Since one large egg has about 210 mg of cholesterol--almost three-quarters of the 300-mg daily limit set by the American Heart Association (AHA)--you need to pair eggs with low-cholesterol foods the rest of the day. Happily, that's much easier than it sounds.

Lowdown on Over-Easies
"Eggs have been vilified, but there's nothing wrong with them," says Alice Lichtenstein, DSc, AHA spokesperson and professor of nutrition at Tufts University. "It's the total cholesterol in your diet that counts; that means all sources should add up to 300 mg max." Going overboard on dietary cholesterol could raise levels of cholesterol in your blood and increase your risk of heart attack.

One-a-Day Egg Rules
To eat an egg every day and keep cholesterol levels sensible, follow these tips:

When you eat a large egg, limit cholesterol from other foods to about 90 mg that day. Find cholesterol contents on every Nutrition Facts label.

Choose fat-free, low-fat, or reduced-fat dairy foods, hot dogs, and sandwich meats, because they'll also be low in cholesterol. When food processors take the fat out, most or all of the cholesterol goes with it.

Make at least one other meal vegetarian. Only foods of animal origin contain cholesterol; plant-based foods have zero cholesterol.

Choose lean meat servings no larger than a deck of cards (3 oz). Portion control works!

Switch to medium eggs, and save an extra 25 mg of cholesterol.

Prefer to eat two eggs in 1 day? For that day and the next, have a total of 180 mg of cholesterol from other sources.

Exceptions
If your blood cholesterol is already high (more than 240 mg/dl), or if you have high blood pressure or diabetes, your daily limit is 200 mg. Stick to medium eggs, and be ruthless about cutting other cholesterol from your diet.

On the other hand, studies now prove that many people may not be cholesterol sensitive. If your blood cholesterol is normal, you can test this out yourself by adding eggs without cutting dietary cholesterol elsewhere. Just be sure to check your blood cholesterol a month or two later for any increase.

im not sure who adrian brody is, but its important to remember "all things in moderation" if you only eat eggs for long enough, your body will lose weight as it withers away to mall-nutrition. eggs are nutritious and a great source of protien, but make them the only thing in your diet and yu'll be missing out on many other important aspects of a healthy diet which will slowly kill yur body

aside from all this, lots of protein like an all egg diet will probably give off a lotta gas...make sure to poot in a noisy area if you go for this diet, you'll be doing it often

You need to plan a balanced diet that over the course of a week has fewer calories than you are expending. Begin an exercise program to use even more calories

I read somewhere that it isn't, apparently they can be high in cholesterol regardless of how you cook them.
I could be wrong about the reason on that though, but I do know I definitely saw somewhere that it isn't good everyday.
