i want good diet tips.. plz .. whats to eat n whats not to eat ?!?

you can try the tea drink that worked very well for a relative of mine. You take cayenne pepper, maple syrup, and lemon mixed with water and drink for 10 days. My aunt lost 18 lbs., however it is regained easily if you don't continue healthy eating habits. You can look this up on the net. It used to be quite popular (at least where I live)

the best tip I can give you is to drop the time limit to this goal. If wieght were that easy to get rid of, there would be a whole lot fewer pudgy people around, me included. It takes comittment on a huge scale to loose wieght, and an even bigger comittment to keep it off. Good luck!

Drink lots of lemon water.............no booze or soda(not even diet soda) Lots of steamed veggies(no potatoes or bread) broiled or baked fish or chicken(take the skin off) 3 to 5 fruits a day.....and walk alot!!!!!!
