liquor will cause dizziness and blackouts...so will dehydration...and a host of other things.
Eat a Big well rounded meal no fast food,,,something with veggies or fruit and drink a couple of quarts of water...not soft drinks.

maybe blood circulation problem, not enough oxygen in the brain, or could be something more serious like a tumour or blood clot ? Go for a further check up, if it persist, maybe your doctor will recommend u to go for a MRI or Cat scan.

so MANY things can cause vertigo ... I have dizzy spells b/c I have a low platelet count, my mom has them b/c she has low iron, I know that if you have eye problems even in the slightest it can make you dizzy ... my advice is see a doctor he/she will be able to pin point it smaller by doing a few test, test I recomend is a blood test to see if you are prego, a test to check your cnc, hemoglobin, and just a basic vision test ... that should be able to tell you some
