No. My teacher is a Buddhist monk ordained by the Dalai Lama and he certainly doesn't levitate. He does believe he's human after all with no other power than compassion and kindheartedness and a calm mind and spirit.

No one can levitate. This includes Buddhist monks, fakirs, shamans, elevator salesmen, and accountants.

any body can levitate if they have a demon help them but you have to sell your soul for it. Not worth it!
