1Lt. Watada. He went to trial, the Judge declared a mistrial and set another date for another hearing. The judge said that perhaps 1Lt. Watada didn't understand what his superiors were telling him about the ramifications when he refused to deploy.

Please be careful as you called him SGT. That man is a disgrace and calling him an NCO is a disgrace to all those enlisted who served and spilled their blood for there country.
