i think it is good for diets.. Cause thats what i hear eh..

It depends on how much you eat, and how much sugar and other stuff is in the peanut butter you choose.

Some peanut butter has some very unhealth stuff in it, in fact there was a recall on Peter Pan and Great Value brands of peanut butter recently.

PB is somewhat high in calories but it has good protein content and the fats are of the beneficial variety.

What kind of bread you eat is important too. A good multigrain whole wheat is far better for you than white bread and also tends to cut down on the clumping and sticking to the roof of your mouth.

Also watch out for what oils are added to it to make it "creamier". Canola and Soy oil are not good for you, but that is another subject entirely.

Also keep in mind that few foods actually make you lose weight, it is all relative to how many calories you take in and how many you burn up.

No, it's not bad. Peanut butter does contain some fat, but it is good fat. They are lipids, which are perfectly healthy. In fact, peanut butter sandwiches are healthy.

Its a good protein source, low in carbs, just make sure you use the all natural kind,
