There really isn't, it is basically hereditary but in case you haven't drank enough milk during your youth to strengthen your bones and teeth and grow to your maximum potential you could try this. Some people start on coffee and tea very young in life. Make sure you haven't smoked, this stunts growth, so if you have quit, you might have a small growth spurt. Sit and stand straight , don't slouch , it will make you seem taller now and prevent a curved spine developing when you get older which would make you even shorter. Follow an all round healthy diet.

Sorry to disappoint you, but at your age, any diet will no longer be sufficient to make you grow taller. Maybe if you were younger. I think you should switch methods. For instance, try some exercise and stretching techniques that can make you grow taller.

Sorry to tell you, but I don't think you will grow much taller no matter what diet you take.

Invest in a good pair of high heels - it has worked for Prince (the musician) all these years!
