the reason you dont see them is becoz they are shy and like to leave little white, grey, black or even green ( on a bad day) presents at your window seel

The baby is in it's nest. They usually only lay 1 or 2 eggs and if both eggs hatch will kill one. So each pair only has 1 baby (most of the time).
The thing is, they grow very quickly and in roughly a month, look just like an adult bird, only a smaller. So if you see a pigeon but it looks a little smaller than the rest, chances are it is baby from this year and less than 2 months old. By roughly 2 months , they are full grown and can start breeding at 4 months or so- they are very prolific.

You and everyone see baby pigeons all the time, but you just don't realize it. By the time they come out of the nest, they basically look like an adult, but might be a little more fluffy as they still would have some down feathers on them.

yes, the person above me is correct, they do remain in thier nests. People usually never see a baby dove unless the nest is down low, or it falls out of the nest. I hope this helped, Good luck! :)

I do!
My friend has a heap of them nesting in her garage!
I saw 2 babies today. They were only a few days old. All pink skin with a couple of little yellow, fluffy tufts, black eyes and really wide, chunky beaks! I think that's for getting out of the shell.

They remain in their nests until they are fully feathered. At that time they are are the size of full grown birds and encouraged to fly from the nest by the parent birds.

In our barn we have them and we don`t want them in there so we remove the baby`s from the nest and there are usually (2),
and we send them away to people who raise them, and then the parents fly away, they are so ugly when there babies!!
but yes they are in the nest till there ready to fly, mom and dad take care of them till that time.

Its possible that you might have seen them but they usually don't leave the nest until they are fully feathered and by then they look all most like adults. a few weeks old

The parents spoil them until they are old enough to look after themselves so they never leave the nest until they look adult.
