Tomatoes - fresh or tinned and couple of sun dried tomatoes.
Tomato puree
Onions, garlic finely chopped
Mixed herbs
Chicken or Veg stock
Potato flour if you wish to thicken it.

Sour cream to serve.

Bung the whole lot in the slo cooker and then you should turn it on to low and leave it. Simple as that. When it comes to serve whizz and then add the cream etc.

there's a cookbook called restore it and ignore It for gradual Cookers. GET IT. there are any such vast volume of recipes - all straightforward. I received it as a present and use it many times. Examples: eco-friendly Beans and Sausage a million QT eco-friendly beans, shrink into 2" products a million Carrot, chopped a million small eco-friendly Pepper a million/4 teaspoon thyme a million/2 teaspoon Salt a million pound beef Sausage or link sausage, shrink into a million" products combine all elements except sausage in gradual cooker. hide and practice dinner on severe 3 - 4 hours. Brown sausage, upload to gradual cooker and practice dinner yet another 2 hours on low. i have not tried this yet, in spite of the undeniable fact that it does sound sturdy, I basically opened the e book and picked the first recipe i got here across. right here's yet another: Golden fowl with noodles 6 boneless, skinless fowl breasts 2 103/4 oz..cans broccoli cheese soup 2 cups milk a million small onion, chopped a million/2 - a million teaspoon salt (optionally available - if the soup is salty - you may want to operate salt on the accurate - my notes) a million/2 - a million teaspoon dried basil a million/4 teaspoon pepper position fowl products in gradual cooker. Combiner best elements and pour over fowl. hide - practice dinner on severe a million hour, shrink head to low and practice dinner 5 - 6 hours. Serve over noodles. I actually have tried this one, it replaced into sturdy. I also throw in a million-2 carrots sliced, and some clean broccoli if I actually have it. young ones love the color and they slightly note the vegetables. The fowl falls aside so I oftentimes finally end up style of shredding it, in spite of the undeniable fact that it tastes tremendous over noodles and that i have served it with rice too. once you practice dinner with the gradual cooker, you’ll use it a minimum of once per week. chuffed Cooking.
