It's important not to rough up / play with a dog's ears while it's young because it can prevent the ear from standing up.
As long as you haven't been doing this, it should be ok.

Your dog's ears won't completely settle until he has finished teething - around 6 months. It's a good sign that his ears were up - they'll almost certainly stay up eventually but will go through all sorts of stages before then.

It might not do, one of my German Shepherd's ears went down, and he is now 3 years old and it is still droopy. On the other hand, my Jack Russell who is supposed to have ears that are down, has one that stands up.
It may right itself, but you cannot tell until he is older.

My parents in law have a westie and he had a floppy ear when he was a baby, he's 11 now with perfect upright ears.
They should start to straighten in a couple of weeks/months

He needs time to grow into his ears. I had a husky and her previous owner said she was almost 1 year before they stood up. Just give him time and they will stand up. You have nothing to worry about.

Maybe, maybe not. You might need to give him Woofagra - it's a doggy version of Viagra.
