Give this a go, it's called Advanced Windowscare from http://www.iobit.com/ it will tidy up the rubbish and clean spyware, sort the detritus from your registry.It works very well

Ccleaner is free and will delete all temporary files, registry values, start up programs, and add/remove programs too.
