BICYCLE,BICYCLE,BICYCLE.that's not all it will improve;it helped my legs,arms&tummy&stamina. And it's FUN. be very carefull.always get eye contact from opposing vehicles or just wait till all is clear.stationary should work too but i find it boring.1/2hr.to hr.at least 4days a wk. & you should see noticeable results in @ 1 mo.

Reverse leg ups for roundness, but fullness? I guess a few boxes of chocolate and french fries everyday should make it fuller.
