The world is created with dualities only. If there is no evil, then you can not glorify good. There is no one side coin or one side paper. You have to accept both sides as inevitable. If all are good and holy then there would be no need for creation. Because of polarities only life becomes interesting. It is a game of life. How you resist evil and how you overcome the devil is the game. If you play the game well without succumbing to the evil, you will get the thrill of the game. Moreover Devil is also a creation of God only. nagarajan.

What? Wipe all men off the face of the earth? The good ones have to be seperated first. The kingdom of heaven is like a large fishing net being let down. The angels take the good fish and put them in a basket. The bad ones they throw out because they are useless, and good for nothing.

The short answer is, he fully intends to do so in good time.
The detailed answer is: because of the issues raised by the Devil in the Garden of Eden, it takes time to answer them. Satan did not challenge God's power – he is not stupid. Satan challenged God's rightfulness to rule and the righteousness of that rule. For instance, if I challenged your identity, you could whip out your driver's license. End of story. But if I challenged, say, the way you do your job, it would take time for that to be properly answered, yes?
The two challenges brought by Satan –in the sight of all the angels who were watching – are issues that take time to answer. If someone in your neighborhood accused you of being a terrible parent, you could blow that someone's brains out, right? That wouldn't properly answer the slanderous charge though, would it? Indeed, it might make on-lookers think: hmmm, there may be something to this charge. A better way though would be to allow the challenger time to prove his slanderous charge.
So it is with Satan. God is allowing him time to prove his case. In the meantime, humans are being allowed to prove their integrity and motivation. Other issues are involved as well , but this gives you a fundamental overview of why God is seemingly taking so long.
What about all the suffering? God has the power to undue all the pain and suffering. And he will.

Why dont you read Revelation for yourself? I would type out the verse in the bible but i dont feel like it because so many people have asked this question and i dont feel like typing it over and over again. Satan's time is running out and it is only a matter of time before he gets thrown into the lake of fire.

God wants us to make a choice, and for every bad choice you make there is a consequence.
In this life we must choose to follow Crist or satan. If there were no punishment then well you get the picture.

The devil aka Satan does not exist. Period. Belief in this so-called creature is ridiculous, juvenille.
