Sorry that I can't help you with an answer but I do want to share an experience with you. I have panic attacks and I am to the point that I will not leave my home more than once every month or less. Alcoholism is in my family and I have had severe depression most of my life . I went to my local hospital seeking treatment (for depression because I never drank). As I was being released, one of my release instructions was to have a glass of wine when I feel tense. I feel tense all the time! It was like they were telling me to just get drunk and forget about trying to overcome my mental problems. I still don't drink, that is never the answer.

Need to relax???
Spend time with people or someone who makes you happy or can show you a good time on a day or two. Do something with that group or individual. People who makes you happy know matter their age; age group.

There's only one way: practice, practice practice. Let yourself screw up a few times with strangers you'll never see again. You actually won't screw up, but I know that's how you feel. Just talk to them in grocery stores, while waiting at the doctor's office, in line at the theatre etc. You will get the hang of it so fast, it will surprise you!

try doing something changed and your own:
talk to someone around who is your best friend.
call up, miss call or send sms to your loved ones, spouse, friend, child etc.
take out mobile and listen to songs or radio.
at least,, have picture of your loved ones and glance at it.
eat,drink some favourite.
be your own for a moment and there is the pleasure.
