Yes...no problem. Because you are just using your body weight and not doing a super overload on the muscles it is suggested to do them everyday. Your body recovers quickly.

Iam in the Army and we do pushups alot. It is recomended though that you rest those muscles atleast 48 hours but Yes you can do these everyday if you wish. I would try to do other things as well like the overhead clap ( put your arms out shoulder length and then lift them over your head till they touch keep your arms straight and do 100 or more) or the press ( just make the same movements you would if you were lifting over your head do 100 or more of these as well) you will start feeling this trust me we do 200 a day. and It helps. Just let your arms rest though they need it.

Are you asking if the person can do push-ups everyday, or if people in general can do them everyday? If you are asking in general then it is up to the person wanting to do them. As long as there are no physical disabilities or injuries to prevent a person from doing them, then they can do them 10 times a day if they want.

some people do,.. but i also heard that if ur goal is to build muscle, you're not giving it sufficient stress ( a push up isnt a very taxing thing, repeating it just tires you, not stimulate growth), and ur not giving it sufficient rest.

A wise man once said that getting fit or buff is 95% diet.
