Wait a minute--how tall is 165cm in feet and inches?
I am over 60kg in weight; I'm just under 5ft 5in--and people think I'm really slim!
Are you comparing yourself with friends who are on the skinny side? Don't! There's no rule for how girls should grow through their teens. Some of the adult women who have most trouble with their weight are the ones who started off skinny and then filled out (and never stopped filling out). Others are a bit tubby in their teens and it comes off later by itself.
Maybe you just don't look good in the school uniform but the skeletal clothes-horse type does? That's hard to cope with, but remember that once you're out of uniform you'll be able to find a style that suits your own body, and you'll feel a lot better about your appearance.

Why such an emergency? Weight comes off as slowly as it went on. Actuall you can speed it up by exercise and eating smaller meanls, more often. Cut fat and sugar, but keep all the meals, so you're never hungry. You will lose 2-3 pounds per week. Realistically, 30 will come in 12-15 weeks, so that's by second week of June. Any sooner and you'll put it back on fater than you lost it, plus interest.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats.
Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. If you try to lose 30-40 pounds in a week, it will most likely kill you.There is NO WAY to lose that much weight in one week, even on starvation.

there is not possible that one can lose 30lbs in a week unless you are trying to kill yourself.
just like you said you eat alot and don't like exercising there is in no way i can help you unless you want to start sorting your diet out and starting doing some light exercise.

i don't think you can lose 30 lbs in one week unless you have sugery.
you need to try and be more active.. maybe you should run up and down the stairs for 20 minutes

Its not possible and be healthy, you shouldnt go below 2000 calories per day, maybe 1500 for a woman.
