Stop the empty calories. Snack foods like potato chips. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white. Write down everything you eat for 1 day after you cut out what I mentioned already and then reduce your caloric intake by 1000 calories a day. Count your calories. Stay above 2500 / day. Then take up some sort of aerobic weight bearing exercise, such as walking,which is both. Start out with 20 minutes a day and then increase it as you feel you can. Buy one of those tiny books at the check out at the grocery store and it will tell the calorie content of all that you eat. You will feel a little hungry but after awhile that will pass and you will notice that your clothes are fitting you a lot looser. Only weigh yourself about once every week or 2 because your weight will vary a little on a regular basis.

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

ive heard that simply making sure you get 8-10 glasses of water, taken throughout the day, every day,... will increase ur metabolism. Water is needed to build lean muscle, and it reduces the load of the liver if the kidneys are healthy. That leaves it free to METABOLIZE more fat away.

Hrithik roshan is a super lean stud in bollywood. I read somewhere that before his films, when he's getting in shape, he's VERY particular abt making sure he has his 10 glasses of water. Interesting no?

Eat less, exercise more.....lower caloric intake, increase caloric burning. It is the safe, and sane way to lose weight. Drink water and stay dedicated.
