1. Diet should consist mainly of high bulk, low calorie foods (think veggies, fruit, whole grains)
2. Don't eat 2-3 hours before bedtime.
3. Drink at least 64 oz of water each day.
4. Moderate excercise most every day (think 5-6 days per week if high intensity)
5. Don't consider any food completely off limits. The key is portion size. If a slip is made (meaning an emotional breakdown that leads to a dozen donuts... admit it, it happens!) then an immediate U turn without punishment and shame is required. The next food choice after the binge should be a food item that would be more typical and healthy.

1- Staying away from carbohydrates. Like bread, cakes,
biscuits...
2- Exercising at least for half an hour a week.
3- Keeping the portions small. I eat whatever ı like but always in
small amounts.
4- Drinking lots of water.
5- And last of all, sleeping well. Because to sleep too much or
very little changes a lot in our bodies.

1. Exercise at least one hour per day (remember, we're not designed to sit down all day)
2. Eat every 3 hours. Not a big meal, just about the size of your clenched fist and a half.
3. Drink heaps of water, some of which has fresh lemon or lime juice or apple cider vinegar squeezed in.
4. Avoid pre-prepared food from packets - fast food, frozen food, 'easy meals', etc
5. Make sure that you eat 6-7 servings of vegetables daily instead of 'filler' foods such as bread, pasta, rice and potatoes.
Honorary 6: As Chris rock says "Don't eat or drink anything that comes in a bucket"!

1) Work out what's a good stable amount of food to eat (and healthy too!)
2) Get into regular exercise (could be your job even)
3) Don't get annoyed at yourself if you 'backslide', it took me 5yrs to lose 45-50kgs, and I've now kept it steady for about 6months, I still 'pig out' but I just work harder afterwards.
4) Anything can be used as execise equipment (Biggest Loser used a case of bottled water and some shopping bags for weights)
5) If you're not hungry, don't eat. Just because it's a 'set' meal time, does not mean you have to eat. Some people's metabolisms don't work on 'set' meal times.
