Anyone know anything about Dawes bikes?

I ran across a Dawes bicycle for $200 new on ebay and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about them? The website is www.dawescyclesusa.com. Is this the same as the UK Dawes company (www.dawescycles.com)?

They are not bad. They can be a little expensive, but the quality is not too bad. This years bikes are a bit naf. Last years were better.

So, the frames not bad, it is now down to model and components.

Cheap price means cheap bike ! The cheapest entry level road bike I've seen was a Fuji Finest 4.0 for about $400.
