I think Brooke is correct. I would rather a doctor tell you why, but I heard it from a lady who went to a meeting about the stomach banding procedure, the nurse giving the lecture told the crowd about Diet Coke being one of the first things you have to quit before the procedure because "it makes you too hungry". Don't ask me why. I can say that 2 of the largest people I know drink more Diet Coke than anybody. Drink Green Tea instead.

Not for me. It has such a bland taste. I like regular coke, because it makes me crave that good ol american hamburger with fries. mmm mm good
