Can anybody tell me what a professional brief is and the legal and ethical constraints of a brief?

Its a solicitor or lawyer. The constraints are the law of country he is working in, and ethical constraints are for example if his conscience will allow him to defend someone he knows is guilty!

Its a solicator.If representing you they have to adhere to the laws.
