He is a sr. manager in a govt. organization. he is very very knowledgable person with practical works in mechanical. He dreams of own industry. We have our own workshop. I want to help him in catching orders. How to go about it. Please help.

Take some classes on marketing and accounting. They have 'mini' classes for fun. Check with your local human resource place (unemployment office). They have lists of places to go for FREE that will teach you these things.

I would take a course on it. I would go and learn everything you can about how to manage books and keep your business going. Learn all this. See if there is any colleges or anything offering this course at night. Business management. Good Luck

If you will start your own work shop in the mean time he can take the demonstration classes as he has expereience in that particular field.
