I could see similar kind of movements in Yoga and Tai-Chi.
Both working with body movement in sync with breathing.
Just curious about, is there a difference between them!

To be Honest, Actually they seem to be both more similar than they are different. Yoga originated in India and Tai-chi originated from China. Yoga came before Tai-Chi however. Yoga is mostly the inner-spirit while tai-chi is more feeling this special force going to through your arms, legs, and throughout the body. They are both used in releasing stress and also used for relaxation.
