guess what? at 13 this will happen, it will go away if you learn to adapt some healthy habits. but if you want to do something about your weight now, and over the next three weeks here is what you can do. Have realistic expectations. depending on how much you weigh, you may only lose a little bit of pounds, but you should start noticing some other changes.
Drink water, the most you should drink is half your body weight in ounces. Water, not Gatorade, coke, juice. Just plain water (lemon in it is okay or even a little honey). So if you weigh 100 pounds you can drink 50 oz of water, that is 4 regular glasses of water throughout the day. Drinking water will keep you from getting hungry and also help remove some of the fat from your body.
Cut back on something obviously bad for you. If you eat candy or drink cokes, or even eat chips or fries, STOP! for the next month skip those foods. Try peanuts, yogurt or even a small spoonful of peanut butter. Peanuts, yogurt help eat the fat in your body. The other stuff adds to it.
Ask your parents to help you replace the bread served at home or wherever you go to eat with whole wheat or whole grain bread. This also eats fat and makes your body process some of the bad stuff you may be eating too.
Try skim or 1% milk rather than chocolate or 2%.
Ask your neighbors if you can walk their dogs (make sure you get paid for it!) If you can walk a dog everyday for 1 hour after school, you will do yourself better than those at the slimming centre.
Ban yourself from the TV. Sitting does nothing for you, unless you can learn some safe Yoga postures, then it may be alright. Just get outside and do something.
Lastly, find some low fat- low carb recipes online and see if your parents will help you cook a couple that you think are interesting.

If you want to get slim and stay slim for the rest of your life then stop thinking about getting slim. Sounds silly? it's not. Start thinking about how to make your lifestyle more healthy.
Find an activity like dancing, marshal arts, anything you will enjoy which is fun, social and active.
Make sure you are eating at least 1lb (half a kilo) of fruit and veg a day and drink at least 3 pints (1.5 litres) of water every day.
Don't expect results overnight. That's not how it works. Be sure whatever changes you make you can live with. You might find it helpful to spend a week or two just making a note of what you eat and what activities you do now so you can look at what changes might be most useful.
Take your weight at measurements now and keep a note of them somewhere safe. Get on with living a fun and healthy life and in a month or 6 weeks take a note of them again, see what improvements there have been.

Sweetie dieting is never easy for anyone and I don't beleive in diet surgery anymore, but just take maybe a simple program of 6 weeks of a liquid diet, which can include diet popsicles/fudge bars, lots of fruit juice, water.diet caffeine free sodas, soups like Tomato and Cream Of adding 1/2 can water.Tomato juice is very filling. Diet shakes have lots of vitamins in them and really don't taste that bad.You are always full and never hungry. Add a mild stool softner;such as colace to detoch your body.A simple Pilate device is not like working out at all and can firm us your flabby body.It all can actually be FUN! Drink plenty of Vitamin D milk. It does slim down the stomach and waist area and you can get the chocolate milk and mix it half and half, so if you love chocolate cherry, banana, grape, orange & lime posicles you will love trying this diet and you are going to feel you are eating things you shouldn't, but trust me it works! Ask your Dr.efore doing anything when it comes to exercise and diet. You are still growing so you may need to add vitamins

Ok dude, im going to tell you what you want to hear and what is good for you. Dieting should be out (except obviously for too much junk food and fastfood, thats never good) because you might stunt your growth and your health.
I think you should get a sport, try dancing or aerobics, or if you are really sporty, try tennis or karate or something.
Competitive sport boosts confidence which is what you need in spades and excercise releases endorphins which make you happy, which you obviously need. I think mainly you need to listen to some Christina Aguilera, mainly her song 'Beautiful'. Look at Drew Barrymore, she has very rarely been skinny but she is not fat, the world doesnt think she is fat either, we all think she is absolutely gorgeous. If you hold your head up and smile and face the world they will think you are gorgeous too.

The good thing about baby fat is that eventually it goes away. But since this answer is not satisfactory to you, my tips are:
don't eat junk food
don't eat fast food
replace soda or sweet drinks with water
get in plenty of sport
You would be surprised how such little changes can make such a big difference!
