The folder name is "New Folder" Company IT university. This folder cannot open to me. This is located in my "C" &"D" drive.

It's a worm. There is a fix for it discussed at this link:

Can you give more detail...
Name of the folder
Where it is located
What is inside the folder

If it is reappearing on both drives, then it is probably a system folder being created by Windows in order to run properly.

But need more detail....

Maybe it is a virus???? Check your computer for FREE at Microsoft's site:
http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm?s_cid=sah
then select full scan. It may take a while but it will coirrect any settings that are wrong, fix lots of issues and clean out any viruses and spyware lurking on your system. It is totally free and doesn't tell MS what is on your computer. You can elect at the end to allow it to report to MS what problems it fixed.

Make sure you have a very good and up-to-date anti virus and anti spyware program, both can be obtained free from AVG at www.grisoft.com and look for AVG FREE.
