1) people are forced to accept the unsound science that people who promoted these bans used. Mainly a late '90's study about secondhand smoke which cherry-picked data, had statistically insignificant results, and which the federal government was forbidden to use by the courts.

2) human behavior in those places is regulated without any regard to the will of the people who are actually there, Particularly in many bars, practically everyone smokes. The will of the minority, or the absent, is made to prevail where it should not.

3) what is an "enclosed public place" is badly defined to include bars as above, restaurants, and other privately-owned places where the public is welcome. The laws unfairly place responsibility on the owner of the place for the public health. People can easily stay away from places they think are unhealthy, thus should alone be legally responsible for any effect of going to them.

Cons are the bad side.........Pros are the good things.

A Con, in my case, would be that I get all fidgety after about an hour. Other than that, nothing I can see.
