Legally you really cannot.
Off the record: If you are subtle and crafty you can go tell some liquor stores what you have and do a deal under the table. don't get caught.
You can also tell friends and have them ask around.
You cannot: advertise or ebay (and they won't let you,) sell them as bottles or drinks, distribute to resellers etc. without a license.
You can: give them as gifts, keep for your own consumption.
Rum does not go bad so time is not an issue.
