A PRAYER FOR COURAGE
Father,
I pray for courage as I begin this day, for I understand there is work to be done, burdens to be carried, feelings to be shared and joys to be celebrated.
Grant me the courage to be silent that I may hear Thy voice; to persevere, that I may share Thy victory; and to remember, lest I forget the way by which Thou has led me.
And when this day is done, O Lord, may I have the courage to see Thy guiding hand in the friendships that have been made, in the hurts that have been healed, and in the strength that has been given.
Amen.

We or anyone else can Pray for you, and I am happy to do so, BUT you have to pray for yourself also. I believe that you have, and ask that you stay strong in the Lord and he will protect you beyond any means that we can give you. A prayer from your heart means more than any we can give, and I have said a prayer for you also. Prayer from you shows God that you have faith and belief in Him, and my friend let me say that, that is a GREAT WEAPON against whatever is happening to you. We will JOIN TOGETHER to combat this with the Lord leading us to Victory over it, and we GIVE the LORD ALL Praise, Glory and Honor for His help.

Dear Lord God, Creator of heaven and earth. What is man that You pay attention to him? And yet You do.
I bring this person before Your throne of grace. Lord Jesus, lay Your loving hand upon this person. I do not know what he/she means Lord, but You do. Send Your Holy Spirit to comfort, heal and warm Lord.
Turn this person's eyes to YOU Lord and give truth so that he/she will be set free. Deliver this person from evil Lord.

For material cold- consult the doctor, get the medicine follow the diet and get cured from the cold.
For spiritual disease which is the ignorance of one's actual spiritual self-identity as spirit soul and absorbed completely in the temporary situation as all, which is just a flash in the eternity. Just like one give follows a diet and takes a medicine to cure the material cold one should similarly chant the prayer of Hare Krishna Mahamantra.

The word Hare is the form of addressing the energy of the Lord, and the words Krishna and Rama are forms of addressing the Lord Himself. Both Krishna and Rama mean the supreme pleasure, and Hara is the supreme pleasure energy of the Lord, changed to Hare in the vocative. The supreme pleasure energy of the Lord helps us to reach the Lord. . .
These three words, namely Hare, Krishna and Rama, are the transcendental seeds of the maha-mantra. The chanting is a spiritual call for the Lord and His energy, to give protection to the conditioned soul. This chanting is exactly like the genuine cry of a child for its mother's presence. Mother Hara helps the devotee achieve the Lord Father's grace, and the Lord reveals Himself to the devotee who chants this mantra sincerely. . .
Caitanya Mahaprabhu says, "I have brought medicine to awaken every living being from perpetual sleep. Please receive the holy name of the Lord, the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, and awaken."
The Katha Upanisad (1.3.14) also says, "O living entity, you are sleeping in this material world. Please get up and take advantage of your human form of life."
The sleeping condition means loss of all knowledge. In Bhagavad-gita (2.69) it is also said, "What is night for all beings is the time of awakening for the self-controlled."
So, the Hare Krishna maha-mantra is the prayer to be engaged in pure loving devotional service to the Lord. When we are sincere in our prayers of chanting Hare Krishna maha-mantra the Lord reveals Himself and then all of the the miseries of birth, death, old age and disease are finished.
