I can tell you this and ease your mind a bit, that this is not a Ulcer, had a ulcer once before, you don't vomit with ulcers, you only have pain in your stomach, he deffinitely sounds like he has something else to me and I am not a doctor but was a nurse, your brother will go to the doctor when he feels like it and is fed up with all the vomiting, some men are like this and refuse to go to doctors until the last minute, I too have been on to my husband for months to go to the doctor and he finally got fed up and went to the doctor and it is a good thing he went because like I thought he had another blood clot in his leg; deep vein thrombosis, just leave him be he will go soon, men are babies when it comes to illness. I am sorry I could not be of more help as you did not supply enough information in order for anyone to give you any ideas. Good Luck, hope your borther gets well soon !

Could be a problem with the amount of stomach acid he is producing. I forget the medical term for it but it is quite common. He needs to consult a doctor in any case because if it is this he is likely to get ulcers from it.

It's best if he goes to the doctors, but my brother-in law is like this and he has a stomach ulcer, he had it confirmed by doctor though, So he's best going to get it sorted. They will give him medication for it.Good Luck.

It is gastroentics viral infection of the gastrointestinal tract, and usually isn't serious. But it should not be ignored.

Go to the web site. kidshealth./org/parent/firstaid_safe/emergencies/vomit.

May he have a speedy recovery.

Tell him to see a doctor, without being examined all comments would be guesses! It's not goo to guess at such an important matter as your health.
