Why would you want an American car, let alone a cheap one?

If you're serious, and I'm assuming you mean a cheap 'new' car, export it from America.

Visiting Canada recently, the price difference between a German car bought in Canada and the same spec'ed German car bought in the UK varied by £11,000.

The Chevy Aevo, but oddly enough, it's not even built in America (or at the very least the design isn't American--it's from Daewoo, a South Korean company).
