In order to differentiate whether it's heart problems or not I would recommend seeing your dr. They can help you figure out if it is heart related or something else like costochondritis which is an inflammatory condition of the cartilage around the ribcage.

Do you have arthritis? I do and I thought something was wrong with my heart but it turned out to be costochondritis=arthritis of the rib cage. But if I were you if it just started and if its getting worse go to the ER immediately because you just never know. good luck

...i guess having a heart pain just takes or needs and exercise, but if its a pain of a broken heart, i believe no such things could ever treat it. ohhh boy, why can't there be medicine for the broken hearted like me.

wait until it gets worse. if your heart stops, you'll know it is a heart issue and can act accordingly
