All foods contain vitamins and minerals however sugar is the worst food for nutritional value. The best foods to use would be fruits and vegetables although dairy foods would contain more fat soluble ones than fruit and veg.

Most foods contain something useful. Fresh fruit and veg have both in varying amounts depending on which you choose. All bread and cereal in UK is fortified and contains some vitamins. Even tap-water and bottled water contain minerals and trace elements!
