am 198 cm and 70 KG !!!!!!! slim i know... so i wanna Gain 20KG in the next 3 months....

Eat a lot and do nothing and watch the weight come on...not very healthy. Instead get to the gym and start lifting weights...start slow and then go to lifting heavy weights and low reps..(4 to 6 per set). This will help you add muscle and bulk, not fat. 20 kgs in 3 months is unrealistic and not healthy at all. You can stress your body into a heart attack.

Eat non-stop for the next three months! Haha...but seriously, you could try protein shakes or something like that. Just go online, you should be able to find a lot of diets to help you bulk up.

Gain? Many people want loose.
You can eat much than now. Eat more Protein, Poly sacharide. Don't try to eat too much lipid, it's bad. Don't re member to excercise, it rise your calories burn, and you might want to eat more and more. You should also drink more sweet drinks.
Chocolate and milk is a good for this case.

Firstly you need to enhance your bone structure. Carry weights and take amino supplements.
Eat 6 large meals per day.

Do you notice women tend to grow fat after giving birth? This is because their bone structure is enhanced.
