You contact HQ of Indian Army in Sena Bhavan, New Delhi 01, near Rashtri Bhavan.

Now females can be recruited in to the Army. Wait for their recruitment date near your locality.

I don't know their rules, but in America women can't fight in combat even now. If you live there then try to join, you'll see if they will take you.
