Your question is odd- yes, i suppose anyone could increase their chances of being killed,- joing the army, J-walking along a busy highway... No one knows what happens when one dies, if we look at science you will find that there is a lot of evidence which would suggest there was never no god- however people need to believe in something, imagine a world without Islam for example- no honestly. There would be no wars, and little terrorisim, and- when we go to an airport we wouldn't have to check in 5 days early. Regards.

Actually the real person the soul, does not die, what happens during death is that the soul changes another body accepts another body called as birth.
It is like a garment or apartment one is wearing or living in.
If the old cloth is torn or apartment is collapsed, the person wearing the cloth gets a new cloth to wear or the person living in the apartment goes to another apartment or builds a new one.
Bhagavad-gita-2.12 & 13
Never was there a time when I did not exist, nor you, nor all these kings; nor in the future shall any of us cease to be. As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change.
Those who are seers of the truth have concluded that of the nonexistent [the material body] there is no endurance and of the eternal [the soul] there is no change. This they have concluded by studying the nature of both. That which pervades the entire body you should know to be indestructible. No one is able to destroy that imperishable soul. Bhagavad-gita-2.16 & 17
Lord Krishna gives further information in verses 22 to 25
As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones. The soul can never be cut to pieces by any weapon, nor burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind. This individual soul is unbreakable and insoluble, and can be neither burned nor dried. He is everlasting, present everywhere, unchangeable, immovable and eternally the same. It is said that the soul is invisible, inconceivable and immutable. Knowing this, you should not grieve for the body.

My opinion: I don't think I would try to "off myself" because God knows what's in my heart. Increasing my chances of getting killed would be the same thing as suicide.
Life should be lived, everything should be done, all for the glory of God. Killing yourself doesn't glorify Him. Perhaps suffering with cancer does. Remember that no matter what one with cancer suffers (and I know it's horrible), Jesus suffered more -- for our sakes. AND he could have stepped out of that situation at any time, but didn't.

I dont cry at funerals unless my sister cries .. I only cry for her pain ( she sends me off lol )
I would consider euthanasia , but more to the point I would rather live a few good months without drugs and go naturally than prolong the suffering with drugs
I do not believe God would encourage suffering if it can be prevented
I live my life for my children and because I love life ... but I dont fear death other than leaving my children

I celebrate that person's life and my memories. I don't believe that anyone is going anywhere, they have ceased to exist.
If my quality of life was poor enough, I'd consider euthanasia. There's no value in prolonged pain and suffering.

if a loved one died i would be hurt! yes i would cry! cry for days or weeks and months after wards if their name was spoken. No one knows what happens after death so I don't know where they are, except for in the ground and i couldn't communicate with them.
as far as death! i wouldn't increase my chances. only have one life that i know of and i wouldn't want to waste it for nothing. It is possible increasing your chances. for example.... jumping off a bridge or playing with wild animals that are hungry or just want you out of their territory. Doing extreme sports, jumping out of plains.
not safe.

in my province before: we mourn for a week....
in my province today: we mourn for a day..then hire a band for a concert in the wake..wear a color code during the trip to the cemetery..usually white or black..
for your other questions.....sir they are kinda vague..you are given a life...it may not be permanent but you must live it to the fullest...all living things have a reason to live..we just dont know it yet but once we knew we will feel completion...
