well, you have to work on your diet, it is very dangerous, consult a doc and have a glass of water before saying nething when you're angry, or go for a stroll, that will cool you down....

You should go to a doctor or psychiatrist and talk to him/her about these issues. I can relate to the feelings you are having. I had them for many years until I realized my feelings were due to ADD and anxiety. It sounds like you definitely have feelings of anxiety coexisting with your anorexia. When you are depressed or anxious, you are constantly on edge and you act out accordingly. Then you get upset with yourself for acting out and then you get more depressed. You should definitely go to the doctor...a doc that will listen. Things can and will get better but you have to make that first step. Depending on your condition, these could also be signs of the malnutrition from which you suffer. Please see a doctor and things will get better. You have to be completely honest with yourself and the doctor, though. Good luck and God bless.

any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.
Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

For anger, try counting backwards from 10; I learned this in school and it works. If you don't eat a balanced diet, your brain will not receive the nutrients that it needs to work properly, and your mental functioning will suffer.

Stop and take a few deep breaths with your eyes closed. Start a new hobby to take your mind off things. It's okay to stop and step back from what you need to do so you can clear your mind and relax.

exercise till your tired out once a day.and eat right and close your eyes and meditate for half an hour a day

When ever there is a matter making you angry, shut your eyes for the moment and take a deep breath. Tell yourself that it will too pass.

Just count to ten or 20,or you could try hiting your punching bag if you have one do this everyday and it should help you deal with things,or you could even go on long walks....
