I'm a businesswoman, single,34y/o and resident of General Santos City, Philippines..I want to stay there for maximum of two weeks only..What are the requirements I need for tourist visa? I need to know also about the bank statement? how much do I need?

Submit your Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity, and at least one blank visa page.
2 Visa application forms, completed and signed
2 Recent passport-type photos
Proof of ownership of Business
Copy of itinerary or air tickets showing round trip.
A business letter of responsibility) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Embassy of Japan, Visa Section, Manilla

The letter must explain all of the following:
Purpose of travel,
Company to be visited in Japan
Guarantee financial support and return transportation to U.S.A.
Letter must be signed by a company officer other than the traveler.
It usefull to proof that you own your own house.
Regarding funds , probably a minmum of $10000.00
